{"id":2388,"date":"2026-05-18T16:42:34","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T13:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ai4dlg.ecedu.uoi.gr\/?p=2388"},"modified":"2026-07-03T16:42:58","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T13:42:58","slug":"dissemination-of-ai4dlg-in-rethymno-greece","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ai4dlg.ecedu.uoi.gr\/lt\/dissemination-of-ai4dlg-in-rethymno-greece\/","title":{"rendered":"Dissemination of AI4DLG in Rethymno, Greece"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Joint Master\u2019s Programme <strong>\u201cAI for Digital Learning and Gamification \u2013 AI4DLG\u201d<\/strong> was disseminated during an academic event held in <strong>Rethymno, Greece, from May 11th to 17th<\/strong>, focusing on <strong>Artificial Intelligence and its contemporary applications in education and innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Professor Jenny Pagge<\/strong> participated as an invited speaker and had the honour of delivering a keynote address during the graduation ceremony of postgraduate students. The invitation was extended by <strong>Professor Anastasiadis<\/strong>, Director of the Postgraduate Programme, to whom sincere thanks were expressed for the kind and honourable invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During her speech, Professor Pagge presented the international Joint Master\u2019s Programme <strong>AI for Digital Learning and Gamification \u2013 AI4DLG<\/strong>, highlighting its academic vision, international orientation, and innovative focus on Artificial Intelligence, digital learning, and gamification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presentation emphasised the potential of AI to transform contemporary education by supporting new forms of digital learning and by enabling the design of engaging, creative, and meaningful educational experiences through gamified approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI4DLG is the result of intensive academic work and excellent collaboration between the <strong>University of Ioannina, Greece<\/strong>, and <strong>Klaipeda University, Lithuania<\/strong>. The programme contributes to the internationalisation of Greek higher education and strengthens academic cooperation in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, digital education, and educational innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Joint Master\u2019s Programme <strong>AI for Digital Learning and Gamification \u2013 AI4DLG<\/strong> is funded under the project <strong>SUB2: \u201cUniversities of Excellence\u201d<\/strong>, with MIS Code <strong>5180665<\/strong>, within the framework of the <strong>National Recovery and Resilience Plan \u201cGreece 2.0\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event offered a valuable opportunity for fruitful dialogue, exchange of ideas, and reflection on the future of education,
